We are based in the South East on the London/Kent borders. Primarily we cover the following areas but we can provide activities across the UK:

Although we are based in the South East, we do cover the whole of the UK. We will be traveling from our base in the South East and prices will reflect additional travelling costs.

We provide the fun activities for your event. Some of our activities come complete with a member of staff to supervise it for the duration of your event and some do not. It’s best to talk to us about the supervision of our activities as they are all different and will require different levels of supervision.

 

Yes, some activities do have age restrictions and other restrictions. Each activity is different and you may find that some are suitable for younger or older guests only and others are suitable for all ages. The best thing to do is either check on activity page for the activity you are interested in as there are some guidelines there or give us a call to discuss your requirements and check if the activity will be suitable for you.

 

Yes, some activities do have some age and other restrictions. These do vary as all the activities are different.

Many of our activities will require a power source for them to run but don’t worry if you don’t have access to power. For events taking place outside its not always possible for the venue to provide power, after all its not often you find a plug socket in the middle of a field!! We can provide generators for our activities so if power is not available on site you don’t need to worry.

The space requirement for each activity does vary. The best place to find activity dimensions is on our website on the page for the specific product(s). If you are unsure you can aways give us a call to discuss your requirements with us. Its always best to be certain you have enough space available at your event venue for the activities you want to book.

 

The access required to set up an activity will vary. Each activity is different to set up. Its best to discuss all access requirements with us before booking so we can ensure you have the right access for the activity.

Some activities, specifically many of our inflatable games are far to heavy to be carried up stairs. It may be possible with some of our smaller activities to take them up a few steps but this must be communicated with us before booking to ensure we are aware as we may need to include extra staff for set up. You are responsible for ensuring access for setting up the activity is suitable, its best to discuss access with us before booking.

Our arrival time will vary for each event, as each activity requires a different set up duration. Our arrival time will be communicated to you in the run up to your event. If you have any special requirements please make us aware at the time of enquiring.

Unfortunately the weather has a mind of its own and the rain clouds occasionally like to empty. Some activities can continue in the rain but some may need to cease until the rain stops and the activity becomes dry. Your safety is our priority and if we do need to stop activities due to rain, it is for the safety of your guests. Rest assured our team will do everything they can to get the activity open again once the rain has stopped and as soon as it is safe to do so.

We try to price competitively but we don’t offer a price match service. This is because products and the level of service varies between different service providers in the industry, so its not always as simple as a like for like price. You may find that we are not always the cheapest quote you receive but we believe our prices reflect our professional approach, quality of products and service we provide.

 

When you have had a good look through our product range, asked any questions you might have about the activities and how they could work at your event you can make your booking. You can do this by getting in touch via telephone or email and we will send you all the documents you will need for booking with Xtreme Vortex via email.

Yes we do take a deposit for your booking. We do this because it shows our commitment to you and your commitment to us. We we take your booking we allocate resources for your event, these resources cannot be allocated to another event so they are blocked out just for you and secured in our diary.

You can make payment by:

  • Credit Card
  • Debit Card
  • Bank Transfer
  • Cheque

Your final balance is due to be paid 14 days before your event.

You can cancel anytime before your hire period but this is subject to cancelation fees.

  • Upon booking a 50% deposit is required, this deposit is non refundable in the event of cancelation.
  • 75% of the price of the booking is due if cancelations are less that 60 days before the event date.
  • 100% of the price of the booking is due is cancelations are made less than 30 days before the event date.

We have a cancelation policy in place because as soon as you book with us we allocate resources to your event, booking it in our diary for you. We may have also turned away other business due to the resources already being allocated to your event. The closer to your booking we get the less likely we are to fill the date, therefore the cancelation charge increases.
