When you fill in a booking form/contract for your event we need to collect information relevant to your booking. We will collect your name, address, phone number, email address. We will also collect the venue address and any contact numbers we may need. We may contact you after the event to obtain feedback. We may also keep in contact to keep you informed about our products and services relevant to you as a customer.

We sometimes work with event partners who may help us supply services and products we don’t. If we work with other suppliers we may pass them the following information so they can carry out their duties. When you use one of our photo booths the pictures taken may be used by our company, the client and promotor. We pass your photos to the booking agent/client so please keep this in mind when using the booth. When social media sharing is used on any of our Photo Booths we do not collect or pass on any personal data. Any data including iMessaging numbers or email addresses will not be used for further marketing. We do not store or collect data when images are shared via your social media.
